Very comfortable rooms with beautiful views to the mountains. Staff helpful and easy to communicate in english. Hotel gave us bikes to tour around the town and country side. Next time we will stay for longer. Meal fine and good value.

The staff were exceptionally accomodating. Old fashioned good customer service. The room was clean, good quality fittings and the restaurant service and quality of food good.

Great location with easy access to many restaurants and attractions. the room size was perfect for a romantic escape, with a cozy atmosphere that made us feel at home. the bed was comfortable and we had good quality linens.
The amount of noise coming from the street and the nearby bar. the walls were thin, and we could hear the loud music throughout the night.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was excellent, with shops and commercial services nearby. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with amenities like ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The staff provided excellent room service and the free toiletries were a nice touch. We also enjoyed the flat-screen TV and the carpeted floor added a cozy feel to the room.
We highly recommend this place to all travelers!

During my stay at this hotel over Christmas, I enjoyed the convenience of having facilities and instructions available in my room. the hotel’s location was in a prime location with easy access to the city and mountains with stunning views of the surroundings that I relished during my stay.
I did not have the best experience during my stay at this hotel. The room I was given was on the top roof floor and had wooden beams in the room that made the space difficult to use.
